While we remain confident that you will be happy with your purchase, it is inevitable that on rare occasions you may not feel 100% happy with your purchase. Rest assured, Children’s Suits UK aims to deliver the best customer value possible and should you not be happy with an exchange. we will happily refund the price of the item purchased, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, within 10 days with all labels and tags intact along with the original invoice. Please do notify us before returning any items so as to avoid any delays on receipt.
If your item was not exactly what you wanted, do not worry… we are happy to exchange any items for different sizes, colours or even styles, we simply ask that you cover the postage on sending out additional items (plus any price difference). You can send us cash (though we highly do not recommend this method of payment), cheques or postal orders if you wish, together with details of the required style, size and return address.
We will deal with all exchanges as quickly and efficiently as we deal with all our sales and our staff are always happy to help.
We are confident that you’ll be satisfied with your purchase, if however you wish to exchange or return an item, please do so within 10 calendar days of receiving the items in its original packaging and please ensure it is in a resalable condition along with its original invoice (in their original packaging, unused, together with all tags, buttons and other attachments if applicable) … P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded by us.
For all exchange(s), please include the additional postage charge £5.00 for first item and £3.00 each additional item with your return.
It is important to ensure that the tags that came with the item are still in place un-detached.
In the case of a refund, a refund excluding postage charge and restocking fee will be applied (if applicable)
Please note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot give refund to any item that you have sent but didn’t reach us. For this reason we would strongly advise you to return the item using an insured and secure shipping method. For example, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so that you can claim against the shipping carrier for lost or damaged items and easily trace it.
Returns after 10 calendar days will be subject to the following restocking fees:
0 to 10 days (No fee)
11 to 21 days (25%)
We are sorry that we will not be able to accept returns after 22 days. Any returns received after 22 days will not be refunded.
